Each week we are encouraged to prepare our hearts for what the Lord will deliver to us in his word through the coming sermon. The Cutting Room Pew is a conversational walk through theologically relevant and practical points that may not be strongly featured in the sermon to come but should still be considered and discussed.
It helps us to think through the passage ahead in a way that hopefully builds anticipation for the preached word. We are talking about the points that may not make it into the sermon so you can better prepare your hearts for what does.
